About

Adrienne is a realist artist based in northern California. She developed an early interest in traditional art during her teens under the teaching of Aleksander Balos. After graduating high school, Adrienne went overseas to pursue a higher education at the Florence Academy of Art. There she had the opportunity to study under many exceptional artists, including: Daniela Astone, Ramiro Sanchez, Tanvi Pathare, and Richard Greathhouse. These teachers, along with many other painters from her time spent at Florence Academy of Art, serve as inspirations for her.  Adrienne has been inspired by various historical painters as well; including Solomon J. Solomon, Thomas Wilmer Dewing, William Paxton, Titian, and Rembrandt. Adrienne works in her private studio in Chico, CA. Her paintings concentrate mostly on portraiture and still life; taking great care to ensure each final product exhibits both skill and creativity.
